Okay, nag-suspend nga sila ng classes pero they did so when people have already gone through the hassle and it was kinda too late. Ateneo declared the suspension of classes at 9:30. Ang galing! Sobra! Genius talaga! It took them two hours from the start of classes to realize na hindi bababa in just a couple of minutes ang baha na nag-accumulate in every nook and corner of the streets. It took them two hours from the start of classes to realize na hindi magli-lighten-up anytime soon ang super heavy traffic sa Katipunan. Nabasa-basa na ako, nahirapang tumawid, nawisikan ng kotseng minamaneho ng hindi marunong tumingin na driver, nag-panic tungkol sa dapat today na Theo orals, etc. Nahirapan na ako ng husto tapos sinabi sa akin ng guard na walang pasok the very moment na nakarating ako sa Gate 3. Sa loob-lob ko, "Um, thank you ha."

Sorry. I just had to let that out. The point really is not suspending classes but the manner and the time that they do. It's really a matter of care and consideration for the students. A little effort, early planning, and good intuition on the part of a few officials would save students all the trouble.

Sobrang bad trip talaga! Buti na lang hindi totally nasayang ang pagpunta ko sa school dahil natuloy ang thesis consultation ko. Since nandun na naman 'yung thesis adviser ko at nandun na naman ako, we decided to push through with the original schedule of my consultation. At least, dahil tapos na nun, I'd have more time to work on the next part of the paper.

And Ma'am Guevara returned the Chapter I of my thesis. Guess what? I got an A! An A in my topic proposal! Yipee! :) *Rachelle does a little dance of joy* I tell you, that saved my otherwise disastrous morning.
