Ha! A new twist in the Roco issue. Lacson claims Roco tried to "unify" with him and asked for a P100 M concession. Could it be true? Hmm... Well, as a strategy, it makes sense. If Roco indeed ran out of resources, that would've been his best shot. But I'm not really convinced because I believe Roco has integrity. And Lacson may have a plan of his own.
